Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that within 30 days from the date of purchase, those who meet the conditions can return & refund or exchange the product.

Due to the special nature of gel nail stickers, returns & refunds need to meet the following conditions: 

① The product's black light-reflective bag cannot been torn, cannot be open, worn, otherwise used

② The item must be in the same condition as it was received, with the original packaging intact and accessories intact

 * If the item arrives opened or tampered with, we will not be able to issue a refund.

 * Any shipping, customs duties, or other fees incurred for the return of the item will   be automatically deducted when the refund is made.

 

1. Return & Refund

If you meet the above conditions, please visit the steps on the self-service page.

Please fill out the return request → review (completed within 72 hours) → You will receive an email for the review result and return shipping label → You download and print the label, and send it back to the designated mailing address → Returned product is inspected → Assuming the returned product meets the standards, you will receive your refund within 7 days

* Please note that your refund will be made to your original order payment method. It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process  and post the refund.

2. Exchange

If you meet the above conditions, please visit the self-service page to complete the steps.

 Please fill out the exchange request → review (completed within 72 hours) → receive an email for the review result

3. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your order upon receipt for faulty or damaged merchandise or packaging, quantity issues or missing items. Please follow the self-service page to complete the steps.

 Please fill out the return request → review (completed within 72   hours) → receive an email for the review result

4. Parcel Lost/Stolen During Delivery

For lost or stolen parcels, please follow the steps on the self-service page:

Please fill in the application for not receiving the parcel → review (completed within 72 hours) → receive an email for the review result with lost parcel confirmation link → customers to complete form within 10 working days → confirmation of address to resend package, or issue refund

 * Please note that the processing time within the United States is approximately after 20 days from the date of purchase into the process; international delivery is approximately after 40 days from the date of purchase into the process

* Your refund will be made to your original order payment method. It may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
