Enterprises or individuals interested in becoming DT brand distribution agents should have a good credit record, no criminal or illegal behavior, and the ability to sell through online (online stores, live streaming, other e-commerce platforms) or offline (physical store or salon location) direct sales. DT can supply goods in different ways according to various cooperation methods, to meet the needs of both parties.

Online Cooperation: DT offers drop-shipping, meaning distributors can use any online sales method without needing to stock physical product. DT will handle daily orders directly from its Los Angeles office, based on order quantity, style, and shipping address. DT will also provide distributors with high-quality photos, videos, and product links (including new products) to assist with sales optimization. Distributors can plan promotional activities according to their needs, but must first declare and obtain DT’s approval. The expected profit margin can reach more and more, and shipping is also free.

Before cooperation, DANNI & TONI will officially authorize and approve distributors. DT reserves the right to pursue infringement against unauthorized sellers. The specific agreement, including supply prices, discounts, shipping, and after-sales service terms, will be outlined in the distribution agreement signed by both parties. The authorization is generally valid for one year.

The cooperation period between the two parties is one year, and the brand authorization period is consistent with the validity of the cooperation agreement. Following the end of the period, there is an ability to renew thereafter given an agreement to continue by both sides.

2.Priority ordering and purchasing rights when DT launches new products.

3.Customized design samples of desired styles, which will be perfected by the DT design team, produced, and launched in collaboration. 50% of the sales profit of the new product will belong to the distributor.

4.DT will share videos and images of various influencer collaborations, as well as products or videos captured by photographers. Through a range of social media platforms, DT will assist in online or offline promotion and traffic diversion without charging distributor fees, solely to help distributors earn more profits.
